From the dataset abstract

This dataset is associated with the dynamic report titled 'Payments of guarantee pensions', which is part of the Kelasto statistical database. The dataset contains monthly and annual data starting from 2020. The data are updated on a monthly basis by the 20th day of each month at the latest.

It includes all types of payment, including regular payments, retroactive payments, and payments returned.

The basis of pension indicates the basis on which the guarantee pension has been granted. For national pension recipients, the basis for the guarantee pension is always recorded as national pension even if they also are in receipt of other pensions.
